Depart for starting tee: 9:45
Balls in the air: 10:00 AM
Format:
- Individual flighted with net or gross prize opportunity
- To qualify for gross you must play the white tees
- By selecting white tees you will be in the gross division and net division
- Payouts will default to gross winners first
- You cannot win both gross and net
- Net double bogey will be maximum score per hole for net scores (for speed of play)
- Triple bogey will be the maximum score for gross (golf genius will adjust in the gross scoring)
- Pick your foursome
- Each player will register for the event
- During registration list the full names of the four golfers in your group
- If you do not have a group, you will be added to an open spot
- Number of flights depends on total attendance (2-4 flights)
- There will be a field limit of 88 participants
Tees in Use: White Tees (5,893 yds) 69.1/131 - Gold Tees (5,424 yds) 66.7/126 - Gold/Red (5,129 yds) 65.8/123.
Tie Breaking: USGA (Last 9,6,3,1)
Prizes/Payouts:
- Payouts will be determined based on the format and number of participants.
- Payouts will be finalized after signups close, and the number of players is known.
- If there are blind draw players in the event, they will be eligible for one prize only, the highest amount from either the original team or the blind draw team.
Proximity Awards:
Each par 3 will feature a closest to the pin award. All players will be eligible on all holes.
Food and Beverage: Food is not included in the price.
Entry Fee: $90.00
Credit card payment is mandatory and charged to your card at the time of registration. If you cancel at any time during the registration period, your entire entry fee will be automatically refunded to the card used (if the card has been canceled between registration and withdrawal, contact the tournament coordinator). If you are waitlisted for a tournament, your card will be authorized during registration but will not be charged until you are promoted off the waitlist into the field. Cancellations after sign-ups close must be made via phone call to the Tournament Coordinator listed at the top of this page. Refunds will not be issued for any reason for late cancellations or no-shows.
Handicap determination:
Handicap Indexes will be downloaded from GHIN at the close of sign-ups. Playing Handicaps will be computed using the tee selection on the registration form, which may not be changed after registration closes. The Handicap Allowance for this event is 95%.
Local Rules:
Please review the Notice to Players under "Event Notices" at the top of the page. Players are responsible for becoming familiar with any local rules in use on the day of play. If there are adjustments to this Notice to Players, changes will be reviewed at the first tee meeting and/or printed in handout form.
Score Posting:
The player's official scores will be those posted in Golf Genius. Teams are responsible for ensuring that the Golf Genius scores reconcile to any paper scores kept. There will be a scoring table at the conclusion of the round, and a representative from each team must certify scores there. Unless the Event format is a shamble/scramble, scores will be automatically posted to GHIN following the round by the NASMGA Golf Genius team.

NASMGA and the hosting club are not responsible for any injury to participants or damage to any property caused by participants. NASMGA and the club are not responsible for the security or any damage to or the loss of golf clubs or any personal property brought to the club, for any item left unattended, or for loss or damage that occurs in the club's parking areas. No food or beverage of any kind can be brought into or removed from the club by NASMGA or any participant.
